When we needed a solicitor to undertake some conveyancing work, Mr Sharma at Arthur & Co was recommended to us by a friend. We were extremely satisfied with the excellent service we received and the fees charged for the work done. From first contact with this company, we found staff efficient, helpful and accommodating. Throughout the whole process, Mr Sharma provided clear advice, outlined potential risks and dealt with all aspects of the work promptly and effectively, a true professional. All our questions were answered fully and in a timely fashion. Based on our positive experience we would recommend Mr Sharma at Arthur & Co without hesitation.

We received a professional efficient service from Mr Sharma and his office staff during a very protracted conveyance. Would recommend their service again and use it ourselves again.

Just completed a very stressful transaction to buy my first home last month. What added to the stress was the time scale of completion date which was due in 2 working days.
My pervious solicitor let me down 3 days before completion date. I thought that i will definitely lose my 10% deposit.
Then my brother took me to Author and co.

During this transaction showed me the importance and the value of having a Great solicitor. Mr sharma by far and effectively managed my whole transaction in ver short period of time.
Without any doubts i will only use Author and Co solicitors in future and i would recommend or anyone looking for a professional solicitor to handle your affairs with the utmost perfection. I would definitely use them in the future without any hesitation.

I will never again trust any of these other firms where i will be treated like a file number rather than a human being.
