The service I received from Ashfords LLP was a mixed experience. While James Hemsley provided excellent, professional service, things took a turn for the worse when my case was transferred to Ria Hattam. She disregarded my clear instructions, escalated matters unnecessarily, and expanded the scope of work without my agreement. This caused significant confusion, as her advice contradicted what I'd previously been told. Communication was poor, and the lack of transparency throughout was frustrating.
They ended up charging far more than I was initially quoted, and when I offered a fair compromise, it was ignored until much later. The situation became so stressful that I ultimately paid to avoid further hassle. Based on my experience with Ria Hattam, I would not recommend Ashfords LLP, as the service was not worth the excessive fees and the stress it caused. However, if you’re working with James Hemsley, you might have a better experience.

Terrible, slow, little to no communication. It took over 2 months for them to reply to one important email which massively delayed the completion of sale. couldn't get through to them on the phone at all. DO NOT USE

The service was awful. No communication unless we chased them daily. I would definitely not recommend this firm to others.
