The associate solicitor Maria was rude and unprofessional. She was always busy. I would not recommend her.

Daylight robbery took a lot of money for a poor service. Never bothered to correspond so I had to chase them. Please don't use this solicitors costs with spiral out of control without them informing you. I leant a valuable lesson so I'm warning others before they make the same mistake and use this firm.

We bought a house with Countryside, and they recommended Austin Ryder in order to speed up the process. They did not tell us about a doubling ground rent clause, and now our house value is Zero!!!.We were just family buying our first house.....they do not care about people just money.

One star is too generous .. it has now taken over 2 years to complete a lease extension for 4 leaseholders and it is still ongoing . Mr Vassos might as well be a comedian as I have never in my whole life had so many promises broken by one person let alone a professional . I am astonished that austin ryder actually exists .
Please, please avoid them even if their services were to be offered for free . You have been warned !!

Horrible service. They represented me to complete a house purchase. Tried to rip me off in every direction they could. The solicitor representing me - Maria was hopeless.
They tried to overcharge me in my Completion statement by a couple of thousand and claimed it was a typo when I spotted it.
7 month after completion they are chasing up for more cash, claiming they made a typo yet again in the completion statement. Stay away from them.

It is a shame this Client did not state their name, it is unfortunate when calculation errors are made and no doubt we apologised for the error. In regard to the charges at the beginning of every transaction Clients are given an estimate of costs which has everything included so Clients know what to expect. To say Maria is hopeless is far from the truth. It would have been helpful if the Client could have approached us first to discuss his feelings so that we could have a chance to explain as necessary.
