I tried Band Hatton Button for a change, as my usual conveyancing solicitors had been poor the previous time I used them. Band Hatton's service was excellent - Every email I sent was acknowledged, the searches were reviewed in depth and good advice was given, everything was progressed as quickly as it could have been. So many solicitors now expect you to do the leg work and chasing, this was not the case with Band Hatton Button, they did everything. I would thoroughly recommend Band Hatton Button as a company.

Absolutely awful! They could not locate my father’s original Will! Very difficult to communicate with an actual solicitor.

So far my experience with this solicitor has been awful. Send multiple emails and don't receive a response. Can never get hold of the solicitor (or trainee assistant solictitor (not sure what she is) on the phone ) and she is not very personable or understanding and doesn't seem to be very efficient at her job. One of the younger receptionists comes across as quite snotty when she answers the phone. The receptionist is the ambassador for the Company so ideally should be warm and friendly.

I agree with your review, sounds like we have the same solicitor and trainee assistant! Extremely poor communication time and poor quality of responses. I would not use her again!

Chartered Legal Executive does not respond. Take your money then fail to deliver the service. How hard is it to respond to five emails, phone calls and voicemails?
