Samantha helped my mother recently with a complicated property matter- she was friendly, helpful and went over and above to provide the help and assistance we required. We were extremely impressed and will be recommending Samantha in the future.

We used Barker, Son and Isherwood to manage the conveyancing for the purchase of a freehold, sale of one property and purchase of another. We found that despite the complexity of the process, with numerous stakeholders and multiple land plots, all work was undertaken quickly and efficiently. We were kept fully informed throughout the processes and were advised of any and all additional costs, which were minimal. The whole process was completed for around £2000 which given the work involved feels very reasonable.

I would not hesitate to recommend this firm.

This firm drew up my late mother's Will + 2 codicils, the originals of which they kept. Following her death and needing a certified copy I was charged by them to certify the documents. In other words they charged for certifying work that they carried out and were paid for in the first place. Not impressed.
