The purchase process was rather slow, and communication was poor, (no reply to some emails & phone messages I left). Two or three weeks lost due to the solicitor being unable to access an attachment. Then two weeks after completion the solicitor requests additional funds as their calculations were not right. Overall not impressed with the service.
