Would give no stars if possible.
Useless, slow, unresponsive.
My Grandmother passed away 3 years ago and I am still waiting on Barnes Marsland to complete her Will. The Grant of Probate has been passed well over a year ago but I've still received nothing. They are very unresponsive, they will only email you back on a Monday the rest of the week you are ignored, they will give you excuses and blame other organizations but not back themselves up with any evidence they are even trying to do anything. Always vague responses. I try calling them but no one will talk to me, in fact they started to just ignore my calls altogether. I am now at the point where I have to get other solicitors and the legal Ombudsmen involved.
I 100% recommend you do NOT use Barnes Marsland. There are other solicitors in Broadstairs that are much better.
