I am so sorry you felt the need to complain about the service you received. If you would care to discuss the matter with me I will hopefully be able to find or offer a solution for you. We do have a comprehensive complaints procedure in place to ensure all of our clients receive the service they are entitled to but things do sometimes go wrong.

This firm had been recommended for me by the Estate Agents.
The sale of my property had been delayed by no fault of their own. They managed to complete the sale in the timescale they gave me. By conveyancing standard, I think they got the deal over the line in a record time at a very affordable price.
I would certainly contact them again.

Dear Tracy , I am sorry you have had felt the need to make a complaint. If you would care to contact me to discuss this further please do. We are at present working in difficult times and despite having all of our staff back from furlough several months ago we are experiencing unusually high numbers of instructions. We have taken steps to improve our customer service and have employed four further staff to cope with the demand with yet another one starting shortly, however there are probably times when we still feel we have fallen short of the mark and if this is one of the times please accept my apologies. As first time buyers and not being english native speakers, all the legal process to buy a house was overwhelming for us.
All the team at Batchelor Sharp had been always very kind, helpful and efficient! I have always felt they were doing everything with the highest standards and in a friendly way!

The only thing you have working for you as a company is your wonderful receptionist who is friendly professional and very welcoming. Your solicitor (Claire) who herself said she has been in this business for 30 years may need a refresher course and work on being more Respectful honest and polite to the clients of YOUR BUSINESS. She made us feel we take to much of her time and annoyed when I asked for reassurance before we signed our paperwork. WE Realise now that she obviously skipped through paperwork and didn’t research all aspects of paperwork and what it entailed. And now after a meeting with yourself Mr Bachelor and Claire she is blatantly lied to our faces about the conversation and the reassurance she gave us on the day we signed the paperwork. This is so unprofessional and so dishonest to cover her mistake. This is property is our life our security for our daughters future. We may be only another client/customer on your books. But I hope that seeing you’ve been in the business for such a long time and you’ve built your company up that this situation sits well with you But I hope that seeing you’ve been in the business for such a long time and you’ve built your company up that this situation sits well with you.
