do not use these solicitors for your divorce, they will drag it on for about 2 years or more costing thousands more than it should, both wendy bailey and angela lally worked together, angela was supposdly my solicitor, and wendy took over my wifes case, i asked if there was conflict of interest and angela said not at all as wendy was only a normal solicitor, yet any google search proved she was infact head of the family department for the last 13 years, soon as i asked wendy if there was conflict of interest angela lally then told me she was closing my file and to get someone else, so she caused me loads of trouble and many more thousands having to start all over again with a new solicitor, so i wasted thousands with this solicitor, luckily my new solicitor sorted the divorce out straight away that angela and wendy had been dragging on for nearly 2 years, he couldnt understand why it wasnt sorted months earlier and my opinion was they had agreed to drag it on as long as possible to get more and more money, such a corrupt system. so if you are wanting a divorce i would never use these unless you have tens of thousands spare and you enjoy years of stress whilst they try take every penny youve got. i will be reporting to the SRA to look into both these solicitors involved. angela even told me to expect it to go to another couple of court cases costing approx £4,000 a time, but my new solicitor said there was no need for any court cases.
