Such a lovely friendly firm who act with great professionalism and efficiency. Our solicitor, Zohaib Shahid, was exceptional. He was extremely accomplished and proficient in expediting a smooth sale of our property. We were kept informed and updated along the way. Expert, proficient, friendly and approachable - cannot recommend highly enough!

Kylie and her assistant efficiently completed appointing my POA and to remove the previous. They offered a good service. They completed my updated Last Will and Testament and revoked the older one. I am very grateful for their help and am happy to use them again.

Awful service. The secretary was unbelievably rude. She could not communicate effectively in English, and because of that became increasingly frustrated with questions I asked. In the end she resorted to shouting (in front of my daughter) because I didnt accept what she was explaining was the law (and shes not a solicitor). In the end she blurted out she was married to the solicitor practicing in Bird and Lovibond Greenford so she can do what she likes. Do not these solicitors. Completely unprofessional. I would give zero stars if I could!

Incompetent and unprofessional.
Poor and incoherent advice. Due to incompetence, now exposed to unnecessary costs and court. When confronted, the law firm dropped my case without explanation rather than address the issue.
