Starting from a point of ignorance, a detailed analysis of firms undertaking private property disputes, Blacks were first longlisted to one of six and then shortlisted to one of three.
James Teague, Head of Property Dispute was efficient, matter of fact, pleasant and knowledgeable and gave me just over an hour o n the phone going advising me on initial steps, likely costs which was much appreciated. Case is only just commencing.

Fantastic Service I am an 81 year old widow hard of hearing with mobility problems Blacks Direct in conjunction with Age Partneship
Obtained Equity Release in my property in six weeks They were so so helpful making sure I understood all the legal questions they did an lengthy interview over the phone and sent a solicitor to my home for final sighting. Thank you
