They lost my client care document with all my details on. Took 6 months and still the searches had not been completed. Took so long that I ended up losing the house and I still had to pay them over £700! Really really disappointed and would never use them again Please beware of this firm.

I was given the run around, asked to first pay 300 pounds cash then asked to pay 150 cash when i was entitled to legal aid. They gave me an appointment to take on my case one week later 3pm, i was still waiting for the lawyer to show her ugley head at 5pm. The secratary made excuses and apologies, the lawyer never even came out to say sorry, she went out the back door.Their nationality lawyer wasted a week of my time when i only had 15 days to respond in my case. poor customer service and very disprespectful. offered very wrong advice.
