BEWARE OF What was supposed to be a simple winding up petition has been unnecesarily prolonged. I carry out winding up petitions regularly in chasing commercial tenant debt. I thought I'd try a Blakewater Certus for a change. £6,000 has been transferred to their client account and I've been charged £3,600 for work carried out on the case to date and there is no sight of the winding up petition documents being issued. In comparison, a leading law firm in Leeds that I use charge £600 for the background on / reviewing the case and issuing the winding up petiton. Please go to a larger Leeds firm as this company is only interested in creating more work at your expense.
