I am a family executor and my father included this firm is his will (this firm wrote his will and initially got the beneficiaries wrong until I pointed it out to them !).
After my father died we got notice of the very high charge this firm wanted to make against the estate for doing work other firms would charge a fixed fee for. They refused to stand down, cost a lot of my time and made mistakes, writing to the wrong addressee etc. I would avoid this firm, there are far better out there... and I have been around solicitors for over 30 years so know how to compare. They didn't ensure all willed items went to the correct benefociaries, claiming their fees would cost more to do so than the items were probably worth. Caveat Emptor if using this firm !!

must have had guinness world record for amount of times they have made errors in names and even sent out a letter to a 'deceased' beneficiary, who is still very much alive! Calling Mrs 'Ms', taking forever to begin probate, failing to send out the will in spite of saying they had sent it, refusing to send out required banks statements, willing to write to another benefiicary in spite of their being under police investigation, and generally very poor communication and makes you wonder if this is being done deliberately so that interest may accrue!
