What an arrogant appalling solicitor. Disgraceful manner. Not remotely Interested in trying to help me when I called for them to represent a present client who has been detained.
Absolutele awful service. Strongly advice not to use these solicitors as they clearly do not care about the their clients.
Disgusted!
Also need to learn some telephone manner.

I used BMV to deal with malicious allegations made against me.
Solicitor Kalsoom Bashir dealt with my case And she was excellent and a real professional in regards to outcome of my allegations. She kept me up to date with any enquiries she made. Kalsoom customer service was excellent and I felt very comfortable discussing my issues with her. I hope there are many more Soliciors’s like Kalsoom in your firm. People like Kalsoom is what makes Solicitor firms establish themselves as professionals. Kalsoom is a asset to your firm BMV as she will only attract more business for your firm due to how she deals with clients.
So BMV thanks once again for your service and I will definitely recommend your firm to family and friends in the near future if needed.
