Absolute horror story.
First hand experience of employees of this organisation.
Terminated CFA, original quotation was £60k 2-3 years, then proceeded to bill me and chase me through court for £145,251.30 upon 3 years of them mishandling my case, Ahmed & Gaggan are legal vultures, two faced con-artists.
I can NOT Recommend, they prolong case (time)to gain as much money as possible from yourself and the defendant, double dipping to the max and if you challenge this they drop your case as they did to mine and try to fleece you out of whatever you've got. BBK tried as far as they could with threats, then through the legal process and failed with their inflated stupendous amount, though I did pay £15k and should of got a receipt, I was going to see if the accountant could use it as a charitable donation, as I am a charitable person, which I did NOT have to do.
DECEITFUL, SCANDALOUS and CHARLATANS.
Try Gorvins and/or phone around they all can't be as scandalous as BBK. GET THE QUOTE IN WRITING AND HOLD THEM TO IT.

Medical negligence

If your military and want to claim against the MOD do not use this firm especially for medical cases there expert witnesses have no military knowledge, so have a completely different view of how the military medical and physio side of life works which led to my case being rejected a month before my time to claim expired but BBK were happy to inform me that if I could claim with another firm within that month they were still entitled to some of my pay out for the "work" they carried out.

Very Poor Service.This Law Firm sided with the Defendant and Forced me to take an out of Court Settlement.I refused and they Harrassed me for 6 months and forcing me to take the Offer.Dont trust them they are a Bunch of LIARS,CONMAN AND GREEDY BASTARDS
