There’s a higher chance of me going to the moon than BIK getting a good review from me. I started conveyancing from them this April and it’s now mid July and I am nowhere closer. They ignore your emails and say they’ll respond in 3 days (but don’t) and whenever I phone to speak to my conveyancer they don’t call back or is conveniently out of office. They told me off for constantly phoning and emailing them (when I phoned TWICE). I’m a FTB so this whole process has been really stressful for me to the point I feel nauseous and they do nothing to reassure you. I only chose this firm bc they were highly recommended - my mistake I guess.

I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with the service provided by our firm which I am extremely surprised to hear. It is a shame you have posted an anonymous review so we don't have chance to address the issues raised with you. There is only one client I know of who was emailing the office for an update and then telephoning more than once within a short space of time on the same day for an answer to which we did have to ask that you bear with us as we will always come back to you with an update within our timescales. Unfortunately no Lawyer can immediately reply to all clients as we have to deal with enquiries in the order to which we receive them.
