It is now nine months since my Mother passed away and eight months since probate was declared. The pace of progress is appalling with excuse after excuse, always waiting for a reply but not bothering to chase anything up. Have requested a statement for tax purposes to declare interest earned in the period of the funds being held by this firm, no reply has been forthcoming. VERY POOR PERFORMANCE BASED ON A SIMPLE WILL.

Totally agree with previous reviewer. AWFUL CONVEYANCING EXPERIENCE. Took 3 months to complete a no chain sale, poor communication, constant chasing for updates. Complaints process biased (colleagues supporting each other) and not very customer friendly. AVOID AT ANY COST!

AWFUL service - they do not respond to telephone calls - left 8 messages before I eventually spoke to Tracey Weaver to be told "I don't like to speak to people on the phone and if I have to I won't do it before 13:00 - and i leave work every day at 14:30" . Took 7 months to purchase a property through right to buy - so no chain. Unprofessional, Unhelpful, Appalling Service. That's a -1
