Braddon & Snow of Broxbourne handled the selling of our home and buying another one. Even with the pandemic of covid 19 making everything difficult they manage to make everything easy for us. Lauren was up to date with information. All documents were in order. The charge was less than i expected. Highly recommended.

I used Brandon and Snow for the sale of my house and enjoyed an exceptional service!

I was in the fortunate position of not being in a chain and with a buyer who already had a mortgage approval, but when I bought my house, despite similar circumstances, the purchase took several months. This was because the solicitor I had chosen grossly mishandled my case. When buying and selling property prior to this, I experienced rather a vague service where I felt a need to chase progress. Not so with Braddon & Snow!

This time, at every step of the way, Braddon & Snow’s solicitor Tomas Axon was proactive and regularly kept my updated on progress of my sale. Documents and forms were provided in a timely fashion, which I completed sand returned promptly. I was invited to sign contracts well in advance of the proposed dates, so when the time came, no time would be wasted.

The advice received was excellent, my questions answered comprehensively with any legal jargon explained in terms I could easily understand.

Tom’s team also appeared to be equally “on the case” in their dealings with my buyer’s solicitor. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly my sale went through and I’m convinced this was due to the diligence and professionalism of my solicitor - well done Tom!

I have no reservations in wholeheartedly recommending Braddon & Snow for conveyancing and indeed, several of my friends who I’ve told about my experience, who are planning on moving in the near future, have said they will be getting in touch.,

Excellent experience, excellent service!

I have used two different solicitors in the last year for buying and selling my houses. I was very pleased with the service I received from Braddon & Snow. They were very efficient and the sale went through very quickly they responded to any queries straight away.
The price they charged was very much in line with other solicitors, there was no extras put on like some other solicitors try and do. I would not hesitate to use them again and would recommend them especially Rosa who I would like to thank for all her help.
