I’m very disappointed with the quality of service. I was with you for over a year, paid a significant amount and had no progress in my financial struggle with my ex wife. The solicitor and paralegals were polite, but ineffective. It’s a shame that when people are at their most vulnerable and need assistance and pay for a service, they are treated as another pound in the bank. I have managed to take on my own case and within 2 months gained significant ground in the matter out of court through negotiations with the other solicitor. I was under the impression I was paying you for that.
