Mr Richards is a solicitor from hell. I obtained a second opinion which condemned his management of the allegation. The second opinion stated Mr Richards should be struck off , it was that bad. The second opinion advised me to complain to the SRA and put himself forward as an advisor to a civil solicitor to assess negligence claim against Mr Richards

I kindly request members of the public to stay away from this solicitor. You are better off on your own. He is a duty solicitor chosen by the Police and works with the Police to criminalise you. He is on the side of the Police

No- Mr Richards was aweful. First time arrested and the requested a solictor. Mr richards presented. Initially assured me nothing to worry about. i requested advice to give a 'no comment' interview. He advised full comment. I then spoke. Initially he said I denied every thing. Eventually got convicted, appealed and lost that as that. Life thrown into turmoil, beakdown, lost job, lost home.

Received new legal advice and was amazed at the conduct of Mr Richards. Told my statement at the Police station was a confession, better off on my own and stunned managed to loose a simple case. Mr Richards is arrogant, offensive and the frankl does not give a damn. He obessed with fee earnings. He was totally to blame fo the lose of my case. Now appealed to Court of Appeal (something Mr Richards stated that I could not do)
Atrocious solicitor- be warned
