They have completed a new lease from a landlord after I have been calling them so many times without success then I decided to visit them I went there to pick up my documents they are not there anymore. I do not know now how to get my documents.

DISGUSTING AND DISGRACEFUL SERVICE - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

The firm are extremely slow when dealing with my case and are never responsive to emails - staff attrition at the firm is high which partly explains why many jump ship.

The solicitors Brian Broadbridge and Stephen Grimes do not know the meaning of customer service, they should spend a day working at John Lewis to understand and find out.

Utter disgrace, remember their names and avoid in future!

I strongly recommend NOT using this firm. They are not professional. Very, very slow. They do not return phone calls or emails and are extremely frustrating to deal with. If I had not paid quite a lot of money upfront, I would be walking away. Might still have to do so as I am getting absolutely nowhere with the legal work I have contracted them to do.
