£ 630 per hour £ 31,000 total charged. Abysmal service, hired them to investigate two lawyers involved in " removing and failing to provide ledgers and accounting to tbe tune over £100,000. For a letter to be drafted to police Scotland £ 4,200 and still never received final letter. Their client relations officer so happens to be the solicitor in charge, will not contact when asked for their itemized billing. The SLCC funded by Solicitors that they investigate are little to no help. The number of dishonest solicitors is astonishing and they are well aware that the plunder funds at every turn. This firm are absolutely disgusting!

This firm has been dealing with my late father's estate for over 8 years. I was unhappy with the way they handled matters and with the fees charged. I lodged complaints relating to conduct and service with the Scottish Legal Complaints Commission. The SLCC investigated the service issues and determined that the firm had provided an inadequate professional service to their clients and had charged for unnecessary work. The SLCC determined that I was to receive some compensation and that some fees should be refunded. The Law Societyof Scotland are investigating the conduct issues.

Started charging £500 an hour and reduced to £360ph following negotiation. Inefficient, painfully expensive and dragged their feet at every stage.

I have just received a copy of the deed of conditions for your client s developer who went bust and was subjected to asset recovery action. However, on checking these they are not completed or for correct address and business. Please can you send correct ones urgently. I have also informed the ico etc. It would be good if you could tell the insuer rsa master policy to settle matters as my law firm paid you a part payment along with Leslie Deans. I only just received a copy of the documents. It's never too late to do the right thing.

Purchased property from this firms developer and 13 years later no completion certificate or warranty in my name provided. No correct or completed deeds and conditions sent to my lender and property clearly mis sold as lender took developer assets for not paying the builder who went bust. All parties used this law firm during the credit crunch and left misery in its path. I have lost totally trust in law firms who refuse to admit mistakes and fix them.
