Tried to use the firm for a case involving my property. They did nothing for over a year, misused the money I gave them, and caused me other damages. I eventually won a legal ombudsman's case against them, but only recovered part of my losses.
I would urge everyone to avoid this firm.

Empty Offices with only a receptionist fronting the pretence of a working solicitors firm......
Web site form enquiries closed/no reply/not working.
Deposites paid money given over for searches, Totally ignored,messages over the phone not passed on......
Emails still going around the system any that you do receive from Sylvia Bullock are ' out going only 'have no way to reply or ask questions, give new information , some staff in the so called 'Conveyance Team' at home warm and cosy paying lip service only.
After two on line cyber attacked hacked conveyance solicitors, A must have Local Cannock 'in house service' farmed out is what Im guessing? perhaps already closed? Lost money Collapsed Conveyance lost Buyer, Heart Broken lost time and £500..... I want and need my money back please Burrell Jenkins I am a Pensioner have a heart?
Ombudsman says will be four months before they can get to the case....meanwhile everything has gone up in smoke!
I hope that others are not affected like me,if they are..... do they even know?

IMPORTANT ADVISE,,,,,,,DO NOT USE BURRELL JENKINS OF CANNOCK...i appointed burrell jenkins early in 2015 to help me get a contact order for my son,i was allocated two part time solicitors,Jackie martin and jemma Clements who don't communicate very well.on my first appointment with jackie martin she was all smiles as i handed over £4000 in cash,,,,from that moment on,i could not get to speak to either ladies on the phone as they were always out of the office,they never once replied to my calls,between them they failed to submit my case papers to court on time,which meant i was fully covered and my evidence was not allowed to be heard.i agreed and paid for a barrister called molly,whose cv was very good, molly didn't attend court,at the last minute i was given a barrister who knew nothing of the case called Sarah Anderson,who lost me my contact,,,now im out of pocket and they say i still owe them money,,,all in all iv lost my son and my dignity.....i would strongly urge the public NOT to employ BURRELL JENKINS,,,JACKIE MARTIN,JEMMA CLEMENTS,NOR SARA ANDERSON,,,to cover my back i failed to sign any papers to agree to payments being made from my account to the barrister,has i sacked her in court.but burrell jenkins still paid her despite my request not too.all in all BURRELL JENKINS are not fit to represent you and your family,,,,,,,PLEASE THINK AGAIN.use a reputable solicitor.....please feel free to contact me on 07930 574217,i will be happy to tell you more,

I wouldn't recommend this solicitor as we have had problems with our property and someone was going to be in touch that was over 8 months ago after phoning and emailing I've still heard nothing. They took the money and didn't want to know.

Solicitor has been awful - making the simplest of mistakes and missing deadline after deadline. How can we pay this person thousands of pounds to miss deadlines and put all of the stress/work he is supposed to do on to us.
Would not recommend, stay away!!
