Well presented lawyers and pay attention to details. Their modern office and welcoming front office is a breath of fresh air from the usual stuffy lawyers offices in London High Street.

I instructed BWF in my family matter and they were really client friendly. They got exactly what they promised. Kept me updated on every development. The staff were very polite and spoke to assure me always. Will recommend them.

to conclude my last 1 star review of this firm, i would not recommend them in any way shape of form, not even if i was the prosecution and had to advise the defense, i see reviews for this firm that are all glowing and mention Bennard the same person who handle my case i guess i must of caught him on a bad month, something i very much doubt once again, i have learnt my lesson cheap and cheerful is not always the way especially when they go back on agreements and request more money. Never Again

Its quite unfortunate but i have nothing good to say about a firm who wasted my time and due to that cost me money, an agreement was made for them to represent me and compensation was agreed down to the amount and who would handle it, for over a month i heard nothing doing all the chasing up and calling, my emails were ignored and phone calls unreturned. One phone call was met with shouting and loud very unprofessional behaviour were i was spoken over throughout the conversation. The documentation i had asked them to handle effectively was received for two weeks and i was only informed that they had actually got the documents by the party that sent them, upon calling the firm i was told a cock and bull story about being on holiday and being busy, now not to be harsh but that sounds very unprofessional and not how you would handle a case especially a paid one.

All in all when they eventually got round to having a look they emailed me to ask for more money even after an agreed sum was put in place and invoice was sent of or so they said i personally feel the request was due in part to the fact that having read my documentation and seeing the money changing hands said solicitor now wanted a bigger slice of the pie, this is after delaying me and the job i needed completed by nearly a month, in the end i went to a professional establishment Russell Jones Walker who wrapped it all up in under a week.

my advice to anyone looking to use this firm dont my experience was not pleasant at all, from the one word replies when being emailed to the nasty telephone manner not worth it would rather pay ten fold at another firm than deal with this supposed firm.

i have left my name out only because i am making up my mind as to my next move regarding this whole fiasco

I recently instructed BWF Solicitors to act on my behalf in immigration matter and the experience completely transformed my pessimism towards solicitors. The friendly and professional service I received was beyond my expectation. The communication was excellent and clear, and the service was cost effective.
Based on the honest and sound legal advice and expedient service, my immigration matter was resolved nearly two months before the hearing date at no extra cost. Special thanks to Bernard and his amazing team. Your services were very much appreciated.
I therefore highly recommend BWF solicitors to anyone in need of an excellent solicitor in the following area, Immigration, Family and Matrimonial or even Civil Litigation issues. Try BWF first.

BWF Solicitors they are the best, they know what they are doing ,they will dill with your case in a profectional ways,i'm benefit from the good services they gave me so i won't you also benefit from them i 'm really appriciate their services for anything that involved in solicitors i count on them and i hopa you will count on them too
