Very much the same story as the existing complaint on here. Our claim had been going on 5 YEARS with us constantly chasing for any form of update or communication - we even turned up at the solicitors several times to no avail. We have taken to Legal Ombudsman and won our case for solicitor negligence, so that says it all really. Although a small win there, we're still left with nothing as our original claim expired whilst in their hands. Most certainly the worst business, let alone solicitor we have ever dealt with.

Absolute disgrace as a solicitors. My 18 year old daughter would have not recieved any medical treatment or compensation without my hard work of chasing and complaining to outside agencies for a point of contact. They completely ignored all our emails and calls and left us with no one to contact for months at a time during which she should have been receiving treatments that they forgot about. They wanted to put forward an offer at the end that was a joke, I doubled it and told them to ask for that amount instead which they disagreed with but done eventually. (She did get the higher payment!) I feel I had to become her solicitor to get her settlement and am still having to as their internal complaints system is a joke. I will be going to the ombudsman I'm sure. My advice steer clear unless you want to do all the work yourself and take a settlement half what it should be?
