A client of this firm came to our advice drop-in, because he had been told the Home Office had decided his claim in May 2022. The lawyer sent a copy of the covering letter by Whatapp - but not the decision letter from the HO. Despite numerous calls and messages, the lawyer did not send the paperwork. By the end of July, we had to call the Home office to obtain a copy. Presumably this firm has claimed fees for doing next-to-nothing. The client had not received any client care paperwork, and all correspondence by Whatsapp - curious to know how this would pass an SRA file review?
