This is just a bit of what I experienced with this firm:

Failed to respond to my emails and phone calls for several days at a time.
Did not keep me updated on the progress of the conveyancing process, even when I specifically requested updates.
Let deadlines pass without taking action, which caused further delays.
Made mistakes in the paperwork, which caused further delays.
Were rude and dismissive when I tried to follow up on the progress of the conveyancing process.
Were not able to chase the sellers' solicitors, instead relying on emails, which led to an even bigger delay.
Were on holidays the week before the completion, which created another delay as no one was looking after my case.
As a result of the delay, I was forced to stay in temporary accommodation, which has caused me significant financial and emotional stress. I have also had to incur additional costs, such as rent, utilities, and food.

I am extremely disappointed with the services provided by [Name of Solicitor]. I believe that their staff have acted in a negligent and unprofessional manner. I would not recommend them to anyone.
