I was recommended this firm by my estate agent on the basis of what they had encountered when acting for a buyer. I was sceptical at first as they were miles away from the home I was selling in London. However, a pleasant phonecall convinced me the solicitor, who would be taking my instructions, was switched on. He was extremely proactive, knew his business extremely well, fast responses to queries & was able to help complete the sale in 7 weeks (Bearing in mind this is during Covid) which was outstanding. I would have had to pay double for the same level of service in London. I left him to it and was completely reassured. Many many thanks.
