26/03/19 - Reviewed by Bill and sarah Edgerton

In our opinion, the service we received from these solicitors in Ryde was very poor. We found that we had to wait for lengthy periods of time, at times as much as ten days to two weeks, for replies to our emails and phone calls, even for a simple acknowledgement of receipt. We did not feel that we received useful advice on the legal aspects of our boundary dispute from our solicitor, who we were led to understand is very experienced in this area.
We did not receive the client care letter promised in spite of asking for it on various occasions. We did not receive monthly accounts as promised even when we asked for them. When we finally received the complete bill, for over £7000, we had to ask repeatedly, and over a period of many months, for a breakdown of the account, and our requests continually went unacknowledged. We cannot vouch for this company in any other area of the law, but would certainly not recommend them in matters of boundary disputes. We feel that services could also be much improved in the simple areas of courtesy.
