Acted as power of attorney for my Uncle.
Never informed Me when He died while in care.
Sold his house and disposed of his effects without permission.
And miss managed his finances.

The firm acted for buyers of my property. They provided inaccurate information, states searches were complete when they were not and never communicated in a timely way, indeed simply ignoring requests for updates even from other legal teams. Avoid at all costs.

I paid them a retainer of GBP 10,000 and they gave me incorrect advice and when I pointed this out (by referring to a judgment I googled) they stopped responding despite still having my money on account.
The money I might lose out on due to their error is around GBP 300K, and they find it not worthwhile to respond.
Andrew McCauley and Joanne Chase behaved in a very disrespectful manner towards me and the partner, Mr Moran, couldn't even acknowledge my email.
I will now engage another firm and might have to sue Clarion to get my money back.

I have used this firm's services in a variety of ways- defamation, contract and probate. In every case, I have found them punctilious in their attention to the issues (that they correctly identified), prompt in pursuing them on my behalf, and at pains to keep me fully informed of progress. Their judgement of the merits and consequent advice has proved sound. I am satisfied that the successful outcome in each case is owed almost entirely to their conduct on my behalf. Their fees bear favourable comparison with others charged in my experience.

Sara Rogers-the probate partner-drafted both our wills with a sympathetic but incisive approach.
We were left feeling entirely comfortable that our wishes had been as fully effected and duty implications addressed as well as could be achieved.
The advice was prompt, as were the ensuing draft wills, with appropriate covering explanation of the reasons for the strategy adopted in them.
The fees charged were well below what we had been expecting, having regard to the professional time taken.
