Atrocious service, trying to increase their charges by 300% despite not doing the work originally agreed to. Rude and dismissive when explanations are asked for.
Further edit to clarify their reply: They agreed on a fee in 2015 with a seller, and I agreed as the buyer to pay those legal fees (it was concerning a freehold purchase). The fee was for a full service including the issuing of contract papers. It has taken them until this year (2024) to be able to get to the point of actually issuing contract papers, yet they are now holding the seller and me to ransom by withholding the issuing of contract papers unless I pay 3 times more than what I have already paid... I urge all to not use this highly unprofessional and unethical firm.
