This company phoned me wouldnt give there name and said i had an accident in car an a largeish amount of money was waiting for me. I said i had not hD road traffic accident in last 3 years. I stated unless he told me company name i wasnt speaking to him anylonger so he said thier name. Then apologized as it wasnt a road traffic accident but a fall. I said i had had a fall but not claimed or allerted anyone to this so question where he had come up with this information. He splurttered a bit an said yes but you are intitled to claim anyway. When i exsplained something didnt quite ring true about this he quickly put phone down. 2 weeks later another call exactly the same only a woman this time. Ive been plagued by them ever since. It seems they cold call makeing up large amounts to drum up money.
I was told that people werent getting payouts and became suspicious . so after fillng form in silly me i guess . I told them i didnt want to go ahead by the lady who came out( think his daughter) . Didnt hear any more till today just had email as this was 2 years ago now. I had completely forgotten about them.

Andrew paul clinch solicitors has now been stopped trading by the sra for dishonesty, his firm pushed us into making a claim then kept all of the payout making up extra fees to justify keeping all of the payout we didn't see one penny , he has done this to many people paying himself a huge salary by not giving the payouts to the clients for which he is being investigated, two days before he was stopped from practicing he sold all of his business to metamorph solicitors , he has kept all of the money for himself and left a huge debt from the business , clinch solicitors still practice under the same name with metamorph , avoid them if you want to see any of your money .

was called randomly by God knows who to make me think I was owed compensation, she from another company told me I had an accident after telling her no she said even I it was in last 3 years and only small which is correct because I did have a small bump whilst in a shop. The thing about all this is that I really wasn't sure if I had my daughter in the car asleep. I didn't even know someone had went into my car until a woman waved her arms about so I drove back to her for her to tell me that she went into my car slightly so no big deal whether my daughter was with me or not. Now after telling this woman over again I wasn't 100% sure she told me not to worry about it she'd find out everything so bit of peer pressure to go ahead with a claim I wasn't sure about and one phone call and bit of printed paper work sent to me and I now owe a fee of £500+ for dealing with this. What a con! I cannot afford this never mind pay it. I will go to court because I'm not having someone hassle me saying I have a claim waiting for me after the accident I had and telling me don't worry it's NO WIN NO Fee and about my confusion as to remember as it was 2 years ago but then this happens with fees.
