I am currently using Clutton Cox through Millenium Legal.
My advice to my past self would be to avoid them at all costs.
My experience has been shambolic with Clutton Cox and with Millenium Legal.
Lack of communication and it actually feels like they don't care about their customers. Our completion date was delayed and they are still have no sense of urgency of getting this over the line.
I went with this company as they were the cheapest option. That turned out to not be true 2 weeks in when they revealed further hidden costs.
Moving is stressful anyway, but having a solicitors that don't really care makes it even worse.

This was my exact experience as well. Avoid at all costs. I eventually went with new solicitors because of their incompetence and complete lack of urgency.

A truly awful service, made worse by the attitude of our conveyancer.
She was extremely rude, ignorant and arrogant. Seems to be out of her depth.
I would certainly NOT recommend Clutton Cox.

Highly recommend Clutton Cox. Very friendly, efficient and professional. I needed a quick turnaround on an auction property I purchased which also spanned Christmas! They did not disappoint and completed on time. The whole process was handled efficiently and stress free. I was kept up to date on the progress of my purchase and communication was fantastic. I will certainly be using them again for buying and selling properties as I embark on my property developing journey.
