Exceptionally careless and very unprofessional. They were asked to witness several important documents as part of a costly legal process. They made the same mistake on all of them, despite copying down the number from a document in front of them. Supposedly, I'm to blame for them making that error though. I'm currently in dispute with them, with the ombudsman now stepping in to resolve it
