Absolutely appalling, took 4 months not to carry out a simple property transfer between family members.
After waiting several months to find no action had been taken by the firm a partner became bullying, rude and implied our haste was suspicious. I therefore approached another firm who was able to carry out the transaction within a couple of weeks.
