Deeply unprofessional, Ms Sumner had absolutely no clue what we were asking her about nor did she have the courtesy to listen to us as we tried to explain. She was rude, dismissive and failed to act either professionally or politely. In the end she signed something that she clearly did not understand - I am unsure if she was acting fraudulently or whether it was jut rank incompetence. This firm is to be avoided at all cost - we witnessed either breathtaking incompetence or outright breach of professional standards. Take your business absolutely anywhere else, I doubt you could do any worse.
