I had the pleasure of liaising with Farhan who was dealing with my claim. Farhan was brilliant throughout the process, professional, knowledgeable and stayed in regular contact with myself to keep me updated. Farhan managed to get the best outcome possible for myself, very skilled solicitor who knows his field. Terrible disgraceful unprofessional Company.I would never recommend this company to anyone. Lack of communication and updates.I always have to chase up the company for updates on my case. When I get told I’ll get a call back no one calls me, My emails get ignored and this has happened several times.As I write this there has been changes to Who is my case handler and I don’t even know what their name is as there have been no formal introduction to me when these changes where made. I wish I knew that this company where like this I would have taken my custom else where. This has added to more stress than I need. At this point I don’t want to deal with the company anymore Even though my case has not been completed as I’ve lost all confidence in them.

Terrible service lack of communication with company on update on my claim. Constantly emailing with no replies to my queries. Contacted them recently after no contact for serval months to emails been sending, to be informed the person I was emailing is not handling my case. Over a year down the line still not completed my case and am still awaiting paperwork assured would be sent 2 days ago now. If I knew from the off set what I know now I would never use this companies services.
