Awful - had many problems after buying a house ... the search they provided was totally inadequate ... finished up costing me an extra £13000 on prooblems which should have shown up on the search...and guess what they did not want to know.. worse than that they bullied me / refused to take my calls and totally disregarded my problems all caused by themselves. DO NOT USE..unless you want 2 years of heartache.
