The owners previous business was closed by The CLC. They declined to give up the executor role and so I was obliged to deal with the new unregistered practice (elawyer services ltd, operating from the same premises under the same owner). I received many letters demanding I obtain funds from CLC and other asset holders. Having contacted all the agencies myself, I was charged extensively for letters and time that I spent communicating with this company. I have not received an itemised invoice so have no idea what has been charged for.

Poor to Negligent, Held on to my funds from HMRC, resulting in myself being fined, failed to register my property with Land Registry, found this out by accident two years after completion, and they operate without Professional Indemnity Insurance, avoid, now trading as unregulated Legal advisors from the same address, same phone numbers, same people, outside of SRA regulation
