My wife and my self have just recently moved house and Cowling Swift and Kitchin represented us in both the sale and the purchase. the process was very smooth and worry free, the staff were very friendly and obliging. The price of the service for the sale of our home was £1266 and the price for the purchase of the new home was £2230. I would highly recommend Cowling Swift and Kitchin to any body requiring representation for a property sale or purchase.

The service was first rate. The charge was £715.20 which was realistic comparable, and swift. I was very pleased with the
