I used Crosby & Woods to represent me during the purchase of my flat a couple of years ago. It recently came to light that they misinformed me on an important issue on my lease, costing me thousands of pounds and significant stress when I came to try to sell. I complained 3 months ago and have received no response. I am not a priority now they have my money. I would not recommend this firm.
