This solicitor acted poorly for me which resulted in a financial loss of £22,000.00 along with endless stress in dealing with a restrictive covenant. I am now in the process of taking them to court to recover my losses.They have also broken SRA regulations. If you value your time, money and lack of stress - use another firm!

The complaint was not justified - iincidentally we potentially saved the client CGT on a different part of the transaction for which he was grateful
There was a restrictive coveant that the client had breached - the Housing Assn was extremely inefficent leading to delays in varying the covenant

Jo Thomas may be a partner in a law firm, but money and success clearly cannot buy you manners. I would strongly advise all staff at this poor excuse for a company consider the way they speak to others as it doesn't paint a positive picture of what they're trying to sell.

I find it sad that someone has to resort to the internet to complain about anyone in my firm. I do not know who has lodged this comment. We are a friendly firm with two offices with a very high number of returning clients. As a firm we strive to look after our clients notwithstanding their different issues and the stresses they may be under .If there is a particular issue I am willing to discuss the same to understand the situation Please send an e-mail to the main office The e-mail is on our website

I wouldn't even give them one star but there is no option to give zero. This firm wrote my mums will when she was in last stages of cancer. When she died her will was contested and the solicitor that wrote it has completely contradicted what was in the notes despite having no documentation to the contrary and there being will notes that say otherwise. They have also showed no compassion for the loss of my mum. There letters are also really poor and frequently use the wrong names and wrong information. I have complained about this but received an unsatisfactory response so unfortunately will have to escalate this complaint. They have caused my family a lot of distress. I would stay away from using this law firm to write your will if you want your wishes followed after death.
