HORRIBLE FIRM...Please avoid if possible. i have been trying contact my solicitor/file handler for past 2 months and she is not interested at all. Not replying to emails or calling back when left messages with her colleagues. I settled out of court over 3 months ago and still haven't received any money. My suggestion would be totally avoid using this firm if at all possible. There is no option to give negative stars otherwise I would have given them highest number of negative stars!

Well i aint going to go into to much detail, but this solicitors is the worse company ever. They aint dealt with my claim for 3 years. I had micha who done nothing, and now i have thomas kent, who was rude and said he aint chasing the doctors, said he aint got a number for them and said to do what i want. Wrong information, want to take nearly half your claim. Dont call back.
I had an operation and have had loads of check ups with the chambers. I would highly reccomend that people dont go to this solicitors. Shame you cant rate -5. Would anyone know how i could deal with this?? Any help will be appreciated.

Hi, I totally understand where you are coming from with this company. You can take this further by contacting Solicitors Regulation Authority, look them up on Google. That's where I'm going to be taking my claim further. Good luck x

I was first put with Micha Chauhan who we later found out was an office junior, who basically done nothing for 5 months. After a long complaining e mail my case was taken over by Rob Pasqual who promised the earth but actually achieved very little.
My medical records were lost by DB Legal and also by their medical department called Doctors Chambers, and so was some of my other paperwork and details of my accident. I was sent to be seen by a knee specialist which had been arranged by Doctors Chambers even though they had lost my details and Rob Pasqual said he would phone the specialist and explain everything so I could keep the appointment......my knee was injured in a motorbike accident and when I attended the appointment with the specialist he was under the impression I had fell down the stairs at work so I don't know what the hell he had been told by someone who is supposed to be a professional.
To cut a very long, frustrating, annoying and costly to us story short.........Rob Pasqual sent us a copy of the medical report he was sending to the opposing solicitor and it was complete rubbish. I phoned him and said it wasn't right and There was information missing because all my records had been lost and I was told to sign it and return it anyway. Basically it was him wrapping his bit up because he went on holiday and we never spoke to him again......and yes, we seen faults in the report he sent off so as you can imagine the opposing solicitor ripped it to bits.
We were then passed on to Mark Benton.......and every single thing was just too much effort, the only thing he actually seemed to want to do is talk down to you in a patronising voice because he knows the law and you don't.
Anyway, after being backed into a corner for so long and the fact that I had been forced to send in a medical report which wasn't worth the paper it was written on we had no choice but to settle before I had even been operated on because all we kept being told was this is going to go on for about four years and you might end up with nothing if it goes to court.
All this from an accident which wasn't my fault, which cost me my job, which DB Legal knew about and didn't give a damn about, I have now had surgery, which hasn't worked and I might require further operations or even a knee replacement so to say we were screwed good and proper by DB Legal is a bit of an understatement.
If your insurance company uses DB Legal then do yourself a favour and change companies because I wouldn't wish dealing with them on my worst enemy

Hi iv only just seen this if u are unhappy with the results your solicitor has shown/given you go to another solicitors and ask them, if they can look at the faults of the solicitors that was ment to look after you you may be able to get a case against them!look it up on Google hope this helps. I'm with carpenters at the moment for a car crash and they already sent documents out with the wrong name on and asked me 3 times how it happened.... not feeling to great about this

Service ?? A complete joke just not a funny 1 , fee ?? 30% + vat not bad for doing next to nothing
Would I recommend db legal/carpenters to anybody ?? No not even my worst enemy I never chose these cowboys to represent me my insurance company Ecar pushed them onto me db/carpenters were very efficient getting all the paperwork signed not forgetting their fee they secured my wife a below average payout then took 30% + vat my two children are still waiting to have their claim settled nearly 2 years after accident db/carpenters secured them 300 and 500 db have now been taken over/renamed by carpenters who are even worse they don't return calls/emails if you do speak to someone they tell you person dealing with your case only works 1 day a week just not the day you phone if you phone everyday that person will be on lunch break yes 8 hour lunch breaks are apparently the norm at db/carpenters if you have a choice don't use these amateurs you will regret it. I like the way I have to rate them atleast 1 star Ry6721@gmail.com

Absolutely dreadful. Terrible service. I think I have had over 5 solicitors from DB working on my case now and they are all dreadful at getting in touch. Apart from when they recorded my number against one of their other clients and left me messages about another clients case repeatedly.

Hi, this is in hand and being dealt with by yourself already and I'm still awaiting paperwork after a week but very annoyed that my previous comment was removed. Why register with a website for the public to rate you when you remove those comments you don't like, that's unfair on those looking for honest reviews.

I had and accident back in June last year and had neck and back injuries. I have to chase them every week they tell me there going to phone me back, they never phone me back I'm constantly chasing them. It's a joke today I can't even get hold of them just says the lines are closed the level of service is awful it's like there not even interested

i am shocked to be treated in such a manner from what i thought was a well respected organisaton. Having made my first call i was greeted with the words, "who are you"! Like most people in this day an age i work, and i'm only available to speak at certain times during the day. My case handler is on lunch at the same time i am available. it would make sense that my case handler would be changed, youre wrong! they were so unhelp, and i wouldnt even use these solicitors if they were the last company on this earth!

Accident in July, sent for medical report in August so was given the impression that they were really good. Now at the end of October, regularly emailing Nadia and not receiving any information back. My physio has recommended further physio but still nothing back. Been told by 5 other solicitors that my case is worth £5k, DB legal say £2500. AVOID!!!!!!!

I would not use db legal if you want regularly updating on progress and being kept informed about your case. Full liability was admitted by the other party from the start, 5 months down the line and have not even been sent for a medical yet. Have had e mails
Ignored for 2 weeks now (been sending them every few days) I would not reccomend to anyone ... Wrote a negative review already about 2 months ago but it seems to have disappeared. My opinion hasnt changed ,If I had the choice I wouldn't have put one star it would have been zero ..

Was contacted today with a full update .
The problem was with the medical agency, but still a communication problem.
I will write another review once my case is resolved hopefully a bit more positive. (Fingers crossed)

Poor service. Did not ring back when they said they would, leaving me to constantly chase them up. Deleted my witness statement requiring me to resend it. Did not appear to provide the solicitor representing me with evidence which was to be relied upon in court. Gave the impression of a complete lack of interest from the moment the insurance company passed the case to them. I did not have to pay them as it was arranged through my insurance company. I would not recommend this company in the slightest and if their services are engaged by an insurance company I would not accept them. 1 star because there is no option to choose 0 stars.

they did not do what they was supose to do, did not submit documents, did not correctly brief baristor defending me, only thing they did do was charge me.
would not recomend anyone use these useless overpaid paper shufflers.
