I had the misfortune to sell a property to persons represented by these unprofessional clowns. Everything left to the last minute. Queries that could have been raised months earlier, left until the day of contact exchange.
Disgraceful incompetence.

We used the excellent Nick Hallchurch for a complex dispute resolution. His calm and knowledgeable manner helped us navigate a very delicate situation. We had been in dispute for nearly 4 years and came to agreement at the end of 1 day. Nothing was too much trouble for him before mediation day. His charges are very reasonable and excellent value .
