I would was advised by mortgage broker not to use them but they are local and I thought they can’t be that bad, well I was definitely disappointed the para legal did not provide truthful information when they told me the reason for delay was new law come into,place which wasn’t true the changes had been made several months before , which I questioned them about and no response ,. It was obvious they hadn’t done their job and this left me without a property and having to sofa surf
I would never use them as I felt they were unprofessional
