Absolutely amazing I would highly recommend these they helped me all the way through everything. nothing was to much trouble and very reasonable prices. They helped me live my life again

If you are buying or selling a property then we can’t recommend Kathy Cracknell highly enough. We sold both our houses last year to buy a home together and then also had to sell a relative’s property via power of attorney. Kathy was fabulous and as well as being highly efficient and prompt, also very personable and approachable and very responsive with regards to our questions and queries . One of the sales was not straight forward and fell through several times but Kathy was very supportive and understanding regarding our ever increasing stress levels. Thank you Kathy for a great service.

Dunn and Baker have been very professional, approachable and efficient in dealing with the sale of my property. I have been able to easily get updates and exchange documents using their App. I thought their pricing was reasonable and all in all the whole process has gone through quickly and smoothly. I would highly recommend Dunn and Baker for all your property transactions.

Mr Came offers an exceptional service. I work closely along side him as the appointed financial deputy for one of our clients who sustained an ABI. Mr Came is helpful in responding any inquiries and if there to advise as best he can.
The team at Dunn and Baker are very friendly and polite when we come in for face to face meetings. The place is always clean and tidy.
I am extremely happy with the service we (Steps Ahead Care & Support) and my client receives from Mr Came and Dunn and Baker, we would highly recommend them to others.

We requested a review of existing wills drawn up by another firm of solicitors a number of years ago. The review feedback was clear and explained the differences which could apply now which were not relevant at the time the wills were drawn up. In the even the differences were minor and the advice was "do nothing" for which there was no charge!

I was in a very dark place very recently, I was a passenger in a severe car crash just before Christmas. 2 days before to be exact...my family and I were overwhelmed and lost, our prayers were answered by Dunn and Baker, they sent us a wonderful woman who was our beacon of light in such a dark time. She fought tooth and nail for us to get what we deserved! I would recommend this firm to absolutely anyone who feels like there isn't a way out from the pressure...they saved us, well and truly and we can not thank them enough.

Diligent, hardworking, professional, completely trustworthy and competent. The professional fees were very fair, transparent and reasonable considering the complexity of the financial settlement. Emma Benyon Tinker associate solicitor at the firm was absolutely outstanding, competent, diligent, hard working, with a deep knowledge of family law.

I am extremely happy with the service that I received from Dunn and Baker. I got three quotes and D and B were the most competitive. Claire Penhallow dealt with my case. She was extremely helpful, courteous and friendly. She always returned calls and emails within 1 working day. She always had time to answer my questions and explain he conveyancing process to me. I have no reservations in recommending Claire or Dunn and Baker to anyone who is thinking of buying a house and needs a solicitor.

I had a fantastic experience from start to finish with Dunn & Baker who acted on my behalf during my house purchase - incredibly efficient, helpful and knowledgeable throughout. Harry replied to all emails and calls very promptly and was instrumental in ensuring the process was both thorough and smooth. I'd highly recommend Dunn & Baker to anyone.

Professional service. Provided excellent advice on death circumstances I had not considered that are now included in my will. Explained in plain English with suggestions to make it an easy process.
Advise was available on the phone with discussions followed up in writing.

Ann Kaplan has been my solicitor for over a year now and I cannot put into words how grateful I am to her for her continued support and dedication through what has been a stressful time for myself and my children.
Ann has gone far beyond the call of duty on so many occasions, often answering questions and reassuring me in her own time.
As well as being a brilliant solicitor Ann is also a lovely person and I will be eternally greatful to her for helping me through a very difficult time.
Very highly recommended.

Emma Benyon-Tinker represented me in a case based around my sons contact with his Dad. I was extremely anxious about the whole process but Emma was incredibly understanding and supportive; all the while remaining highly professional. We had a good outcome in court and I can't reccomrnd her enough. She is an excellent solicitor with incredible people skills.

Louise and Gemma did an excellent job.
It has been a difficult time for me Selling my partners house after losing her to cancer. Both of you and your company have been a pleasure to deal with. Making the whole process less painful at a difficult time. The quoted price was excellent and reflected the final account. I would definitely recommend them.

Quick and efficient service, provided most pleasantly. Matter dealt with under the Hospice scheme, so a donation to that rather than fees. I would certainly recommend this solicitor to others.

Our solicitor Helen was fantastic from start to finish. She was always keeping us up to date with how the sale was progressing. She was very efficient and I could not fault the service she provided. She would email back very promptly and never did we feel ‘out of the loop’. We would most definitely use her again in the future. I would highly recommend!!!!
