Overall I found my experience with Dunn and Baker satisfactory. The staff were friendly, approachable and supportive. However, I did generally find a number of conversations very confusing with a lot of jargon used (going against their main advertising line of 'expertise, not legalise'). I also had a few instances where I was told I would be called back by the end of the day and then wasn't, which was quite frustrating. I would probably recommend to others but would definitely mention the above.
