very poor service. Took 5 years to sort out an uncontested will. We had to keep emailing to prompt them. Many mistakes along the way which we had to pay for.
Would not use again

Due a beneficiary from a dear friend.
Passed away over 18 months ago.
After the copy of the will, they have only communicated directly ONCE during that period apart from regular prompts from us.
Would not recommend under ANY circumstances.
Our dear departed friend would be aghast at the total unprofessionalism of this outfit she trusted in and paid handsomely to. They have completely betrayed her trust!!
DO NOT USE THEM AS YOU ARE ONLY PAYING FOR THEIR SWISH OFFICES AND EMPTY PROMISES.
This company confirms every negative legal stereotype perfectly.
They have YOUR money but use their own law to withhold funds until they see fit.

***** Tried to submit but HAD to give at least on ONE STAR - I assume they have some legal clause for this.....
