Very poor level of service made many mistakes in dealing with the sale of my property and the purchase of a new one. One secretary blaming furlough and sickness for not being up to speed. Extremely poor communication between solicitor and client always an excuse when asking for direct contact with him. Would not recommend these people to anyone to many secretaries job sharing and not communicating with each other. Never updated on progress always having to chase them.
